This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington DC, 18 years of age and older, except the employees of the Sponsor, Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., Inc. and prize contributor The Toy Insider™ and members of their immediate families. To be eligible to enter or win you must also already be a wireless service subscriber with a smart phone as of October 5, 2010, with internet capabilities, using a participating service provider in order to enter.

3. Four (4) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entrants on or about December 13, 2010. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or by email on or about December 14, 2010. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner. Decisions of the judges are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

4. One (1) winner will receive an assortment of toys from The Toy Insider ™. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000. Three (3) winners will receive an assortment of toys from The Toy Insider™. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100. Four (4) prizes will be awarded.

5. No transfers, substitutions in prizes or cash will be allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. The winners must comply with all instructions in the prize notification letter, including the completion of an affidavit and liability/publicity release, and return them within ten (10) days of the date on the prize notification letter; otherwise prize will be forfeited and alternate winners will be selected. By entering and/or by accepting a prize, you agree to be bound by these rules and to release Sponsor from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this Sweepstakes with respect to the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize.

8. Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes or disqualify any entry in the event of technical impairment by computer virus or otherwise. In the event of early termination, Sponsor will randomly select winner from all eligible entries received at time of termination. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered or the authorized account holder associated with the wireless telephone number used to enter. This Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state and local laws with venue in New York County in the State of New York.
