PredictoMobile is a subscription mobile service that gives you access to surveys and news alerts. We also offer a premium subscription service for $9.99 a month billed to your mobile phone bill, or deducted from your prepaid account. Additional carrier/standard message and data charges and connectivity fees may apply. We reserve the right to not accept prepaid mobile phone accounts. You must be a legal resident of the U.S. and have the mobile phone account holder's consent to subscribe. If you are 13-18 years old, a parent must subscribe on your behalf. Service not available to users under 13 years old or to Florida residents under 18 years old.
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to 654654 or by calling 800-360-0518. You can get customer service by texting HELP to 654654, or at www.predicto.com/support from your computer.
When you subscribe, we will establish an account for you and send survey questions, premium survey questions (which are optional and have a separate charge) and selected news updates via SMS to your cell phone. You can control how often we contact you and certain other aspects of the service through SMS commands or on the website control panel at www.predicto.com. When you vote or respond to a survey or a premium survey, you will be automatically entered into the then current drawing or sweepstakes; no-cost alternative means of entry are available. We also generally award gift points when you respond or vote on a survey. You may redeem gift points for downloadable gifts such as ring tones, email gift codes or physical gifts.
