Contest Rules Summary
This following summarizes the PredictoMobile Contest Rules; the complete Contest Rules can be accessed at http://predicto.com/index.cfm/fuse/contestrules.
We sponsor monthly random drawings, a promotion-end grand prize random drawing and periodic 'Fast Prize' random drawings. The drawings are open to legal U.S. residents who are at least 13 years old. By participating, you agree to abide by the Contest Rules and the final decisions of the contest administrator and us. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY; PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
You may enroll and/or participate in any of three ways: (1) by voting on a survey via SMS text messaging; (2) by mail; or (3) by completing such other no-incremental-cost actions as we may specify. The text messaging method of entry is currently designed to work with Alltel, AT&T Wireless, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless. We make no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate or continue to be a participating carrier. Refer to the Contest Rules for how to enter by mail and for the date by which mail entries must be postmarked and received. The number of entries per day is limited.
Monthly drawings will be conducted approximately 10 days after the close of each month during the contest term. Twelve monthly prizes are available and consist of $500 in one lump sum or at our option, we may offer alternate non-cash prizes which the winner may choose to accept. All entries into the monthly drawing will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing which will be held on or about August 13, 2009. The selected entry for the Grand Prize is subject to verification of eligibility. The Grand Prize consists of $50,000 payable in twenty equal installments of $2,500. The Contest Rules specify the contest periods for each of the Fast Prize sweepstakes and the prizes awarded, which include merchandise and gift cards. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries. All winning entries are subject to verification of eligibility.
Except in Tennessee and where otherwise prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to our use of the winner's name, address, likeness, voice, and/or quotation for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Refer to the Contest Rules for our right to cancel, suspend or modify the sweepstakes for fraud or technical failures and the consequences thereof.
Any legally required list of winners may be obtained by sending an email with a subject line that identifies the particular sweepstakes to WinnerListRequests@scapromo.com.
